Andel CloudConnect®

How it works

Each CloudConnect® device is fitted with probes and terminals for optional external sensors. Devices are connected to the building Wi-Fi network and assigned to zones via the Andel CloudConnect® app.

When the probes come into contact with water, alerts are sent instantly to users.

Landlords and estate managers can monitor multiple devices across their portfolio via the secure web portal – with access levels for installers, owners and tenants.

Extend your reach with Andel’s Flexi-Pad®

For added coverage in concealed or high-risk areas, CloudConnect® can be connected to Flexi-Pad® – Andel’s flat, flexible sheet designed for liquid leak detection in narrow voids such as under appliances or raised floors.

Flexi-Pad® is ideal for placement under washing machines, dishwashers, baths, showers and any other risk area or appliance or that uses running water in a home or commercial setting.

Simple, cost-effective subscription

The Andel CloudConnect®  fully-managed package is available on an affordable ongoing subscription, giving you full access to the web portal, mobile alerts and device management tools.

Andel achieves Net Zero Scope 1 and 2 in 2025 across all of its operations and pledges to achieve Scope 3 in 2030 – Andel will support customers in achieving and maintaining their own environmental objectives.
