Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you about an important update regarding the exchange policy for King's Old Comfort Range footwear.
In a recent communication from our esteemed partner, Honeywell, the company has officially announced the cessation of the exchange program for the legacy version of the King’s Old Comfort Range. This change will take effect as of March 1, 2025.
Key Details:
Background: Since April 24, 2024, Honeywell has been replacing faulty footwear from the legacy comfort range as part of a formal exchange program. However, with the ongoing product upgrades, the company will no longer be accepting exchanges for the old range footwear after March 1, 2025.
What This Means for You: From March 1, 2025, the exchange of "legacy" King’s Old Comfort Range footwear will no longer be available. This decision follows the formal cessation of the older version of the comfort range, as was communicated previously in their April 2024 letter.
Why the Change?
Honeywell has made significant advancements and upgrades to their comfort range, ensuring that customers benefit from the latest technology and design. The decision to stop the exchange process is part of the company’s strategy to move forward with the new and improved product offerings.
What You Need to Do:
If you have any old range footwear that is faulty and still eligible for replacement, please ensure that the exchange is processed before March 1, 2025.
